Job Opening: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – PRN On-Call (Weekends Only) 12 hour shifts
Location: Sango/Clarksville Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday – On-Call Only
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team on a PRN/on-call basis , covering12 hour shifts, Friday through Sunday . This role is ideal for a skilled nurse who thrives in a patient-centered environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality care during critical weekend hours.
Responsibilities:Catheter care : Maintenance, monitoring, and documentation
Wound care : Dressing changes, infection prevention, and healing assessments
Patient turning : Every 2 hours to prevent pressure injuries
Medication administration : Accurate and timely delivery per physician orders
Shower days : Assist with hygiene and perform full-body assessments
Documentation : Maintain clear and thorough records of patient care
Current LPN license in the state of [Insert State]
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to work independently and respond promptly to on-call needs
