Direct Counsel is seeking an Executive Compensation Associate with 4–6 years of experience to join a nationally recognized Executive Compensation practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to advise leading technology companies, life sciences companies, and Fortune 500 businesses on sophisticated executive compensation, equity compensation, securities, tax, and transactional matters.
The practice works closely with public companies, emerging growth companies, and private equity-backed businesses on complex compensation issues and plays a significant role in high-profile mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.
