Restaurant Team MemberDunkin' Restaurant Team Members maintain a positive culture by greeting guests with a smile and keeping the vibe upbeat while balancing speed and quality, especially during busy times. They are generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin' operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Follow Brand standards, recipes, and proceduresFollow food safety standardsPrepare food and beveragesAssemble and package ordersUnderstand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questionsMaintain a clean and organized workstationClean equipment, service areas, and guest areasStock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstationTake orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guestsServe and communicate with guestsMaintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurantCommunicate effectively with managers and coworkersOrganize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areasEducation/Experience:None/Fast food experience preferredKey Competencies:Works well with others in a fast-paced team environmentOn time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitudeWillingness to learn and adapt to changeGuest focusedPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:Standing on feetRepetitive motion, including bending, stooping, and reachingLifting objects, including boxes, ice, and product up to 20lbs (if applicable)Working in a small spaceJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePAY: $15-17*+Tips*Pay is based upon experience and availability.
